By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

Certain Services may be provided on a paid basis. By purchasing a paid Service, you agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kesho Technology and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
